    More about PQ

PQ has been validated by over a million participants in 52 countries.

If you’re not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill.

If you’re not mentally fit, you’d feel mental stress, like anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, as you handle work and relationship challenges. It turns out that 80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.

The great news? With recent breakthroughs in neuroscience and technology, you can now improve your 'mental fitness' significantly in ~2 months.

The results? Dramatically improved performance and productivity and a calm, clear, and happier mind.

At the time when we need this work the most, many people are not in a position to commit at that price point. Thus, I still have COVID compassion pricing in place (even years in), as I want this work to reach folks at a time when we need it most.

As a trained PQ coach, I collaborate with Shirzad and the Positive Intelligence team to offer this program to my community and coaching clients. Apply now!

Dramatic increases in performance and productivity. A calm, clear and happy mind.

The model identifies 10 saboteurs and 5 sage powers in our psyche that determine our level of “mental fitness,” or our ability to manage stressful situations in a healthy way.

PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) is a measure of mental fitness. It is a predictor of how happy people are and how well they perform relative to their potential.

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt or worry.

The Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

Research shows that PQ significantly increases with practice and habits.

This program dramatically improves performance and productivity and helps individuals respond to challenging life situations with a calm, clear, and happier mind. There are daily Focus and Challenges.
