    Results from PQ

    Dramatic increases in performance and productivity. A calm, clear and happy mind.

    The relative strength of the positive Sage versus the negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).


    Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt or worry.


    The Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

    Program Schedule

    Here’s what the program looks like:

    If you opt for the Pod plan, you’ll be assigned to a “pod” of 3-5 participants. Your pod will find a time during the week to meet for 30-45 minutes and talk about your PQ practice.


    If you opt for the Pro plan, we will go live on a weekly group coaching call to lock in the learning, answer questions, and reflect on our practice.

    Here's the break-down:

    As a certified PQ coach, I collaborate with the Positive Intelligence team to offer this program to my community and coaching clients.


    Each week, you access a one-hour video lesson with New York Times bestselling author and Stanford University professor, Shirzad Chamine. Each day, you'll access the PQ app for 15 minutes to get you out of theory and build your PQ mental muscles through exercises and practice.

    Optionally, if you opt for the Pro plan, there is a live coaching session with me, your PQ Coach, each week to debrief the activities and discuss how you are applying them.


    At the time when we need this work the most, many people are not in a position to commit at that price point. Thus, I still have COVID compassion pricing in place (even years in), as I want this work to reach folks at a time when we need it most.
